Return Shipping: The product must be returned to the address provided in the instructions. You will bear the shipping costs unless the product is defective or not as described.

Processing the Order: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it. A refund will be made to the same payment method used or a replacement product will be offered, as requested.

Some banks may take additional time to process refunds in your account.
